REALTOR®Vicki has over a decade of diverse experience in the real estate industry, including roles as both an agent and administrative team support. Currently, she serves as the Business Manager for the J. Davison Realty Group at Compass Realty. In this capacity, she focuses on organizing operations, training staff, and ensuring seamless workflows behind the scenes.
Honesty, integrity, and loyalty are among the cornerstones of her professional philosophy, recognizing their importance in building trust and fostering lasting client relationships. She particularly enjoys working with new construction buyers and guiding them through the unique processes involved in working with builders.
Prior to a career in real estate, she worked in the public sector in accounts receivable, where she honed her financial management skills. Married to her her husband Carl, for almost 30 years, together they raised a son and daughter who are both proud alumni of UNC Greensboro. With a lifelong love of animals, she makes it her goal to spoil her cat Rip, and her 2 dogs Bentley and Mercedes. She loves learning about many diverse topics and is an avid reader. In her free time she enjoys cruising and traveling to new and exciting countries.
