Meet John Davison

John is inspired through his faith. He believes that whether you view Jesus Christ as a messiah, a prophet, a man, any or any combination of the three, his message and teachings are words to live by. John lives his life and leads his team with a vision to meet people where they are, accept them for who they are, and to love them unconditionally, without judgment. John has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2006. He has assisted hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors. His job is that of a real estate agent and coach, but his calling is that of a servant. With this servant mentality, John runs the UB4ME Foundation, works with The Miracle League of the Triangle, Brown Bag Ministries, CORA Food Pantry, Chatham County Council on Aging, and Wake Up and Read, serves as a church Deacon, coaches youth soccer, and enjoys the blessings associated with being a husband to Sharley, a father to his two girls, Hannah and Hope, and a step-father to his two step-sons, Grayson and William. He is an ordained minister and 2021 graduate from Campbell University, where he earned a Masters in Divinity. John brings a personal philosophy that starts and ends with impacting, empowering, inspiring, and encouraging others.

 

He believes that it is not what happens to us that defines us, but rather how we respond to what happens to us that defines us; that we are not defined by our circumstances and our situations, but rather by our choices and decisions; that things don’t happen to us, they happen for us; that success in life is about focusing on the process, not the outcome. He is led by a heart and a spirit to serve, trusting that placing the needs of others first is always the right thing to do. This business philosophy demands that everyone on his team genuinely place the needs of others first at all times.
